Larry Moen

Larry Donald Moen, 62, of Osseo, died Monday, May 28, 2018 at his home.
Larry was born April 13, 1956 in Whitehall to Norman and Inez (Olson) Moen. He graduated from Osseo-Fairchild High School in 1974 and received Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UW-Stout.
Larry was employed by Kwik Trip Stores for 34 years. He retired in January, 2018 after serving many years managing their Osseo store.
Larry was very proud of his Norwegian heritage and enjoyed researching his ancestry. He was an avid golfer and loved to work with his hands. He built his own home and was in the process of building a cabin.
Larry is survived by his loving partner of 36 years, Mary Roley and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Inez; brothers, Maynard and his wife Pat, and Ronald Moen; sisters, Dorothy Larson and Patricia Noggle.
A celebration of Larry’s life was held from 1:00- 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 2, 2018, at Schiefelbein Funeral Home in Osseo. At 3:00 p.m. a time was open to those wanting to share their memories of Larry. Burial followed in Osseo Cemetery.
