Judith A Walker Keck

Judith A Walker Keck of Prescott, Wisconsin, formerly of Arkansaw, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2019 at Regina Hospital in Hastings Minnesota. Judith was born July 21, 1943 in Mondovi, Wisconsin, to Raymond and Annabelle (Kent) Breiter. She graduated from Arkansaw High School in 1961, was married to Robert Walker and they had three children. In 1972 they moved to Prescott, Wisconsin where she worked at the Regina Hospital in Hastings, Minnesota starting in 1975. She married Harley Keck in 1982 and retired from Regina in 2012 with 37 years of service.
She has been active in her church and thoroughly enjoyed singing in the choir. Judith loved gatherings with her children and extended family and outdoor cooking for backyard parties. She loved to play cards and was known as “Mom” to many of her children’s friends. She enjoyed decorating for all the holidays and especially Christmas.
Judith is survived by daughter Renee (Dave) Waalen of Prescott, daughter-in-law Kelley Walker of Phillips, WI. Grandchildren Kurt (Maggie) Anderson of Prescott, WI, Kyle (Lindsay) Anderson of Lakeland, MN, and Krystal (John) Pearson of Farmington, MN. Ten great grandchildren, brothers Thomas (Ricki) Breiter of Apple Valley, MN and Orin (Mavis) Keys of Ft. Pierce, FL, brother-in-law Gary Byington of Avon Park FL, many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husband Harley Keck, daughter Felecia Walker, son Robert Walker, her parents, stepfather Herbert Keys, brother Jerold Breiter, sister Jane Byington and sister Judy Harmon.
