Kevin Allen Rahman

Kevin Allen Rahman, 58, of Columbia Heights, and formerly of Theilman, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale. He was born May 13, 1965, in Wabasha, to Allen and Janet (Schmit) Rahman. Kevin attended school in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 1983. He went on to attend Winona Technical College, where he studied motorcycle mechanic , and then studied at the National American University in Brooklyn Center.
Kevin lived in Columbia Heights and was employed at Everidge for many years. Previously he had been employed by Wagner’s Garden Center in Minneapolis and Crown Tonka Customer Care in Plymouth. He enjoyed music, going fishing, and loved working on motorcycles. He was a member of the Living Word Chrisitan Center in Brooklyn Park.
Kevin is survived by his parents, Allen & Janet Rahman of Theilman; brothers, Mike (Chastity) Rahman of Theilman, Bill (Kelly) Rahman and Tim Rahman both of Plainview; and a sister, Karen (David) Reinschmidt of Plainview; 11 nieces and nephews and 6 great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 16, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joachim’s Catholic Church in Plainview with Deacon Scott Schwalbe officiating. Burial followed the service in St. Joachim’s Catholic Cemetery in Plainview. A visitation was held on Sunday, October 15 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Schleicher Funeral Homes, Plainview Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
