New Face at the Plainview News
By Cheryl Nymann, Editor
The Plainview News staff has long faces this week as they say goodbye to Laura Silha. Laura has been your first point of contact at the paper office for just about six years. As Laura leaves to pursue greener pastures at Dairyland here in Plainview, we also happily welcome Melissa Hartert to our team.
Melissa is a Plainview native, and will be in the front office greeting you and assisting in all you advertising and subscription needs for the newspaper. Melissa has a Masters of Science in PR Management. She is excited to be joining the team and said, “I am eager to assist customers with their needs here at the Plainview News.”
While she’s not working, Melissa loves watching sports, the outdoors, and animals. She has an English Springer named ‘Norton’.
Stop by and introduce yourself to Melissa. Welcome to the Plainview News team!
