The annual meeting was called to order with all board members in attendance. John Sell & Steve Sawyer took the oath of office. Their 3 year term to the board was made by Elgin & Plainview City Councils on 12/17/2014.  Designations for 2015: L. Boyd, Chairman; J. Sell, Vice Chairman; M. Bratberg, Secretary/Treasurer; Banks, Foresight Bank & Peoples State Bank; Newspaper, Plainview News; Attorney, W. Schauble; Auditor, T. Cummings, CPA.

Approved the following: December minutes; attendance at the Annual Wastewater Conference; payment of bills as presented. The Quarterly Financial Pledge Report was reviewed.  Industrial violations were acted on.  These are excerpts from the minutes. Complete minutes may be reviewed at the District Office.
