In the Matter of the Petition of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, in relation to Certificate of Title No. 4494.0 issued for land in the County  of Wabasha and State of Minnesota and legally described as follows: Lot 17, Block 1, Peters Third Subdivision
TO: Johnny A. Krier and Sandra J. Krier
Upon receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter,
IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on December 15, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at the Wabasha County Courthouse, 625 Jefferson Avenue, City of Wabasha, in said County, and then, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Wabasha County Registrar of Titles, upon the filing of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 4494.0 and issue a new Certificate of Title for the land therein described in favor of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, subject to the memorial of Document Nos. T7564 and T7565, free and clear from all memorials now appearing on the present Certificate of Title, the last of which is Document No. T17210, and free from the memorial of this Order.
Attendance is required only by those who wish to object to the entry of the above-described Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served: (a) at least 10 days before the hearing  upon the above-named parties residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service of Summons in a civil action; (b) at least 14 days before the hearing upon each of the above-named nonresidents by sending a copy of this Order to the nonresident’s post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested; (c) upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated; (d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat., Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. §5.25.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE
WABASHA COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Wabasha County Board of Adjustment will a conduct public hearing starting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 for the purpose of hearing evidence regarding the following request:
1. Application submitted by Matthew Eide requesting a variance from Article 12, Section 5(4) and Article 13, Section 9(5) of the Wabasha County Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction of a dwelling 25’ from a rear lot line and a total impervious surface of 31% of the lot.  The parcel where the variances are being requested is described as parcel R05.00922.00 located in Sec. 2, T. 110 N., R. 10 W., Greenfield Township (15037 679thSt., Wabasha)
The meeting will take place in the County Board Room, Courthouse Annex, 625 Jefferson Avenue, Wabasha, Minnesota 55981.  Any person may provide testimony at the public hearing or can submit to the Wabasha Zoning Department any written comments which will be read into the record during the hearing.
The variance application is on file in the Wabasha County Zoning Department and may be reviewed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
