The Wabasha City Council convened for its regular meeting on October 1 at 6 pm at City Hall. Council members deliberated on the preliminary levy and potential budget reductions. The meeting featured presentations from two guest speakers: Courtney Schaefer of the Wabasha Kellogg Chamber of Commerce and Mary Flicek of Wabasha Main Street.
