Daniel E. Davis, 14, Kellogg
Daniel E. Davis, 14 of Kellogg, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020, at his home.
Daniel Edward was born August 30, 2005, in Columbus, OH. He just completed the 8th grade at Wabasha Kellogg. Daniel was an affectionate and curious young man. He had an eye for detail and loved to figure out how things worked and, on occasion, could even reassemble whatever he had taken apart. He loved being outdoors and collecting rocks, sticks, shells, leaves or anything else that caught his attention. He loved to help around the house with mowing and shoveling and didn’t even think of these activities as chores. He loved taking walks and finding treasures with the metal detector. He loved the dogs and especially the cats and kittens. Always making sure that they were fed and watered. Would always come in with a flower he had picked. Always loved locks and keys always needed to figure out how something opened.
He is survived by his Mom and Dad, Cliff and Lori (Haley) Flaxbeard; siblings: Suzanne (Brian) Flies; Mary (Brent Beck) Rother; Jimmy Hiebert; Josh Flaxbeard; Cody Flaxbeard; Hunter Flaxbeard and Sasha Flaxbeard; seven nieces and nephews: Rowan, Reed, Peyton, Maverick, Andee, Bailee, and Charlee; maternal grandmother Kathleen Haley; paternal grandmother Connie Taylor; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. He also has 3 other biological siblings Dustin, Chelsey, and Emily. Biological Dad Randall Davis and biological Mom Pam Miller.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather William Haley and paternal grandfather Clifford Flaxbeard Sr.
