George H. Robelia

George H. Robelia, age 60, of Wabasha and formerly of Pepin, WI, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Gundersen – Saint Elizabeth Hospital, in Wabasha.
George Henry was born December 31, 1960, in Durand, WI, the son of Robert and Helen (Kreye) Robelia. He grew up on their dairy farm located on Goat Back Hill. George graduated from Pepin High School, Pepin, WI in 1979. He farmed with his parents until 1989, when they moved into the town of Pepin. George moved to Wabasha in 2014. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Green Bay Packers.
He is survived by his brother, Thomas (Melissa Loechler) Robelia, Wabasha, MN; sisters: Cindy (Lyall Borth) Hase, Woodville, WI and Roberta Robelia, Altoona, WI; six nieces and nephews: Tatiana and Midoree Robelia, Bailey (Brandon) Nordby, Zachary Borth, Courtnee and Summerlynn Lebeter; three great-niece & nephews: Brighton, Sean and Caitlyn Nordby, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The Funeral Liturgy was 11 a.m. Thursday, April 1, 2021, at St. Felix Catholic Church, Wabasha. Interment will be at St. Felix Cemetery, Wabasha. Casket bearers were Lyall Borth, Zachary Borth, Michael Kreye, Ronald Robelia, Dr. Paul Robelia, and Jerry Zimmerman.
Visitation was from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Felix Catholic Church.
