Lawrence (Larry) D. Bammert

Lawrence (Larry) D. Bammert, age 68, of Menomonie, WI passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Mayo Health Systems in Menomonie.
Larry worked many different jobs throughout his lifetime. He worked as an electrician, different construction jobs, in factory settings, but enjoyed jobs that allowed him to be outside the best.
He was independent in choosing what he wanted to do. He loved spending time outdoors fishing, hunting, and cutting wood.
Larry is survived by his wife Fauneil (Brekke); three brothers Paul (Kay) of Idaho, Jim (Sharleen), and Frank (Karen) of Menomonie, one sister; six nieces and nephews Charles, Cory, Paula, Lisa, Jodi, Joe; and many great nieces and nephews. He is further survived by many friends but especially Bud, Jim, Kelly, Dick and his cherished dog Misty.
He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Catherine Bammert and mother and father-in-law Isabel and Neil Brekke.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday January 27, 2023 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie, WI with Celebrant Teresa Pejsa Officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
