LuVerne (Vern) David Kleiber, Jr.

LuVerne (Vern) David Kleiber, Jr., 70, passed away at his home on May 28, 2024.
LuVerne was born on February 10, 1954. He graduated from John Marshall High School in Rochester, MN, in 1973.
After graduation, he was employed at Crenlo Inc., of Rochester, from 1974-2016, as a mechanic at both plants.
On April 27, 1974, he married the love of his life, Sheryl. They were married for 50 years.
LuVerne was known for his love of trains, real and model. He was fascinated by them his whole life. He, along with his wife Sheryl, had train layouts they took to shows to share his passion of trains with.
LuVerne is survived by his wife, Sheryl (Sherry), his son Michael of St. Paul, MN, his daughter Angela, of Plainview, MN, his brothers, Kenneth and Gerald, and his sisters, Bonnie and Mary. He is preceded in death by his father, LuVerne Kleiber, Sr., and his mother, Rose Kleiber.
A celebration of Vern’s life will be held at Wedgewood Park, in Plainview, 210 3rd St. SW, on June 23rd, 2024 from 12PM to 4PM. Everyone is welcome to come and share memories.
