Altura, MN--Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz helped celebrate the enrollment of the 1 million acres in the state's Agricultural Water Quality Certification Program by enjoying a 'pasture walk' on Nov. 3 at Hoosier Ridge Farm, Eric and Michelle Heins' acreage near Altura.
