Strum Village Board approves work on Spangberg Field
STRUM - The Strum Village Board approved motion that would have the Village re-do the infield at Spangberg Field during its October meeting back on the 10th.
The Board approved the motion based upon recommendation of the Board's Public Welfare Committee. Other improvements at the field, such as lighting, have been discussed by the Board in previous meeting.
The Board also approved sending members to various nearby towns to ask for contributions from the to the Village's recycling center.
In other agenda items, the board approved a building permit to add a 10’ X 20’ lean-to on the existing garage for a. Justin Mara on W. Hawthorn St. and the Board also approved a building permit to b. Kerwin Peterson – of Elm Street to build a new fence.
The reassessment of the properties within the village has been completed.
