Phyllis Bittner

mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away with her family by her side on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the age of 68. Phyllis was the proud mother of two sons, who she cherished profoundly. Her greatest joy came from being a grand-mother. Family was most important to Phyllis.Phyllis retired from River-side Electronics, after many years of dedicated work. Phyllis enjoyed bird watch-ing and marveled at the beauty of butterflies. She loved play-ing cards and bingo and was a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers. Her favorite color was purple. She is survived by her husband, Don; sons, Jay (Amanda) and Neil (Kelly); granddaughters, Jessa-Lee, Elise, Olivia, and Hannah; sister, Louise; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Mandy Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Veldonna; grandchild, Baby Bittner; and siblings, Ilean, Rosie, Marilyn, Steve, Donna Jean, and Norvan. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 4pm at Hoff Celebration of Life Center (3480 Service Dr. Winona, MN). Visitation will be from 1pm until the service at 4pm. A dinner will be served after the service in Phyllis’s memory. Hoff Celebration of Life Center is serving the family
