Deanna Fritsch

Deanna May Fritsch, 64, of Iron River, Wis., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018 at Northern Lights Health Care Center, in Washburn.
Deanna was born on Oct. 29, 1953, in Mondovi, to Mavis (Hurley) and Wallace Moats. She died after battling cancer for five years.
Deanna was a caregiver, working at St. Colleta’s, in Jefferson, Wis. and Garlick’s Group Home, in Mondovi. She enjoyed living out in the country, feeding her birds and deer, and growing beautiful flowers in her garden. Deanna’s favorite pastime was swimming at the YMCA with her lady friends.
Deanna is survived by her husband Russell, of 47 years of marriage; three children, Rodney (Maureen) of Washington State, Amanda (Shawn) McFarlane of Jefferson, Wis., Sarah (Joseph) Davis of Ft. Atkinson, Wis.; nine grandchildren, Mazes, Oliver, Mighty, Ethan, Katelynn, Jessica, Danille, Kyle and Raven; one great-granddaughter, Holly; two sisters, Wendy (Steve) Socha of Waterford, Wis., Tracy (Dean) Prochnow of Mountain, Wis.; brother-in-law, Randy Fritsch of Iron River; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
No services will be held.
