Dorothy Jean (Babcock) Knoepke, 69, of Mondovi, passed away Jan. 28, 2019.
She was born Jan. 2, 1950, in Necedah, Wis., to Julia (Mitty) Richer and Charles Babcock. Dorothy spent most of her early years in the Mauston area.
She moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and lived in the vicinity of Marquette.
On Dec. 23, 1989, Dorothy and Marlin Knoepke were united in marriage, at Christian Outreach Center, in Cadott, Wis. They lived on a farm near Colfax, and later divorced.
Dorothy subsequently resided in Eau Claire, Eleva, and Mondovi.
Dorothy is survived by a son, Edward (Judy) Monhead; granddaughter, Neveah; and son, Marty Monhead, all of Mondovi.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private graveside service was held April 16 at Riverside Cemetery, Mondovi, officiated by Chaplain Gary Preston.
