Joyce Neis

Joyce L. “Dolly” Neis, 83, of Mondovi died Monday, Aug. 22, 2016, at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview, in Minneapolis, Minn.
Dolly was born on Aug. 30, 1932, in Mondovi, the daughter of Randolph Bidney and Helga (Hanson) Emler.
Dolly enjoyed floral and vegetable gardening, taking rides in the car, and her love could be felt through her cooking and baking. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Dolly is survived by her three children, Duane (Laurie) Neis, Jr., Diane (Al) Wolfe, Sr. Karen (Michael) Dukes; grandchildren, Quinten (Amanda), Jared, Michelle, Allen, Jr. “AJ” (Nicole), Cole, Lauren and Morgan; great-grandchildren, Colton, Oliver and twin babies due April 2017; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband Duane Neis, Sr.; parents, Randolph Bidney and Helga (Hanson) Emler; brothers, Alger and Roger Bidney.
Burial will take place in the Lookout Cemetery, rural Gilmanton, at a later date.
Cremation Society of Wisconsin, Altoona, is assisting the family with arrangements.
