Ross Ottum

Ross Kirby Ottum, 68, of Arcadia and formerly of Mondovi, died on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2018, at his home.
Ross was born in Mondovi on March 4, 1950, to Edwin James and Grace Leona (Adams) Ottum. Ross worked as a woodworker and for Ashley Furniture Industries.
He is survived by his brothers, Clifford Ottum of Florida, Royal Ottum of Modena, and Allis (Rose) Ottum of Independence; sisters, Vicky Fuller of Altoona, Linda Robinson of Osseo, Darlene Davis of Gilmanton, Jensine Myers of Nelson; and many nieces and nephews.
Ross was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Donald, Richard, Arthur, Darrell, James, Landon and Kerry; his sisters, Mavis Anderson and Treva Loewenhagen.
Per Ross’ request, no formal services will be held. A celebration of life will be held from noon until 4 p.m. at the Gilmanton Legion Hall on Sunday, Sept. 30. He will be buried in Gilmanton Cemetery at a later date.
