Evans makes commitment to UW-Whitewater official

Mondovi’s Collin Evans held up the black and purple jersey of UW-Whitewater during a signing ceremony held Wednesday, Feb. 10. Evans chose coach Jeremy Lade (left) and the national-champion Warhawks men’s wheelchair basketball program over several other schools around the U.S. that also recruited him.

Collin Evans’ family was present during last week’s ceremony as the sought-after senior made his decision to remain in Wisconsin official. Pictured behind Collin are his siblings, (left to right) Rian, Hunter, and Ethan Evans, and their parents, Rob and Dawn Evans.

Collin Evans pulled on a UW-Whitewater hat and proudly hoisted a jersey having signed off on his commitment to UW-Whitewater.
